Tanker loading

Top loading arm

Top loading arms are used for loading and unloading tankers and rail cars from the top. The loading arm is mounted on a loading platform and connects the vehicle to the loading installation by means of a flange connection or through the manhole.

Bottom loading arm

Bottom loading arms are used for loading and unloading tankers and rail cars from the bottom. The loading arm is mounted on ground level and connects the vehicle to the loading installation by means of a flange connection or through a quick-release coupler.

Drum loading arm

Drum loading arms are used to fill and empty small storage methods such as drums and IBC containers. The loading arm connects the container to the loading system by means of a flange connection or through the opening.

Telescopic pipe

Telescopic pipes are used for loading and unloading tankers and rail cars from the top. The telescopic pipe is mounted on the roof construction of the loading platform and connects the tanker/rail car through the manhole to the loading installation. The telescopic pipes are applied when there is insufficient space for a standard loading arm.

Hose reel

Our hose reels can be used to transfer liquids and as a return line for vapours released during the transfer process. The hose reel consists of a steel frame and a reel equipped with a spring-return drive that allows accurate control when unwinding or rewinding the hose.

Jumper arm

Jumper arms are pipe systems fitted with swivel joints to allow a controlled range of movement in the horizontal and/or vertical plane. The jumper arms are used for various applications, including connecting multiple supply lines to a single central discharge line, and setting up connections between connection points that can move relative to each other due to thermal expansion and other causes.
